I received a letter from my nephew Isaac's 1st grade teacher last week. In the letter was a paper cut out of a little person. Apparently Isaac's class read the story of Flat Stanley, then followed the idea of the book by cutting out 'flats' of themselves and mailing them away on adventures. I packed Flat Isaac around with me for about a week. We had a good time. When our adventure was complete I packaged him up, with some photos, as memorabilia, and mailed him home. Someday I think I will do this activity with my children. It was a blast and I bet it is even more fun to get back and see where your little 'flat' has gone.
Conclusion: Adventures are for the old, the young, and the flat. (the flower photo doesn't really 'match' the others, but I needed a forth to balance it out, it's pretty though, right?)
P.S. Right this very second tyler is sleeping and I have my trusty laptop on his back typing away. For some reason that completely cracks me up.

Miss you hopefully we'll see you soon. I really think we (you and of course tyla) should go to zions and stuff. It would be wonderful. It might have to be later like July or something cuz june is the camping trip. LA LOU! See you soon sissy. Ape
